ALCO operates multiple world-class manufacturing facilities at the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park — designed, built and commissioned by German, Italian and Russian engineers.
World-Class Facilities
Lubricants Manufacturing Facility
Our flagship lubricants manufacturing facility was commissioned in 2016 with an initial annual capacity of 35,000 mt. Designed, built and commissioned by a team of German, Italian and Russian engineers, it is the largest factory in the Caucasus region in terms of capacity. Having reached maximum operation capacity in 2020, the facility was expanded to produce an annual 50,000 mt, with total group capacity now reaching 150,000 mt.
Quality Control & R&D Laboratory
In 2018, we completed construction of a 500 m² state-of-the-art laboratory facility, equipped with technology to conduct analyses on petro-chemicals and petroleum products to the precision of 1 ppm. Designed with workplace safety and personnel well-being as a priority, all equipment is highly specialised to safeguard personnel and prevent accidents.
Deionised Fluids Facility
In 2019, we constructed and commissioned a de-ionised fluids factory with an annual capacity of 6,000 mt, designed and built by a joint team of German and Turkish engineers. Currently operating at maximum output, this facility manufactures specialty items which are in short supply in international markets.
HDPE Canister Blow Moulding Facility
As part of ALCO's horizontal integration strategy, we commissioned our own HDPE canister blow moulding facility in 2020. This allows greater flexibility, lower costs, shorter lead times, and a higher degree of quality control — serving both in-house demand and external customers.

Automotive Lubricants
200+A significant portion of our portfolio is focused on 4 automotive lubricant brands patented by ALCO. Our automotive range includes more than 200 product types for modern and classic vehicles.
Industrial Lubricants
~50%Almost half of our output capacity is focused on industrial lubricants, tailor-made to suit specific technological applications. Field visits and QC/QA feedback mechanisms ensure continuous improvement.
Metalworking Fluids & Specialty Lubricants
We manufacture and deliver specialty products to private and public entities globally. We also export concentrates for dilution and packing by other blenders worldwide.
Deionised Fluids
6,000 mtOur deionised fluids range includes glycol mixtures for commercial and industrial use, concrete admixtures, and maintenance fluids for commercial vehicles and industrial applications.
Marine & Aero Lubricants
ALCO has fulfilled numerous orders in marine and aero lubricants, particularly as part of government contracts. We have the expertise and materials for both modern and legacy technologies.
Additives & Specialty Chemicals
We manufacture additives for in-house use and export to customers worldwide, alongside specialty chemicals packed in bulk and shipped to other blenders for dilution, packing, and resale.
